Der jährliche 7aplus-4-Wochenwettkampf startet zum 4. Mal!

🗓️ Am 27.10.2025 geht’s los in der Boulderhalle 7aplus hier in Potsdam.

💥 Jede Woche schrauben wir 11 neue Boulder in den Kategorien RELAXED und POWER!

🧘‍♀️ RELAXED = 🟡 Gelb, 🔵 Blau, 💎Türkis, bis Level 🔴 Rot
💪 POWER = 🔴 Rot, 🟣 Lila, ⚫ Schwarz und ⚪ Weiß

⏱️ Ihr habt 4 Wochen Zeit für insgesamt 44 Boulder.
🧾 Letzte Eintragung der Boulder ist der 28.11.25, 23:59 Uhr.

🏁 Am 29.11.25 startet um 17 Uhr das FINALE!
Es treten die 6 Besten Frauen + INTA und 6 Besten Männer + INTA aus der Kategorie POWER an.

🏆 Für die Kategorie RELAXED gibt es am 29.11. eine Sieger*innen-Ehrung mit tollen Preisen! 🎁

Ihr zahlt nur den Eintritt in die Halle.

The annual 7aplus 4-Week Competition is back for the 4th time!
Starting October 27th, 2025 at 7aplus Boulder Gym in Potsdam.

Each week we’ll set 11 brand-new boulders in two categories: RELAXED and POWER!

🧘‍♀️ RELAXED = 🟡 Yellow, 🔵 Blue, 💎 Turquoise, up to level 🔴 Red
💪 POWER = 🔴 Red, 🟣 Purple, ⚫ Black, and ⚪ White

You’ll have 4 weeks to send a total of 44 boulders.
The last day to log your climbs is November 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

The FINAL will take place on November 29th, 2025 at 5 PM,
featuring the top 6 women + INTA and todp 6 men + INTA from the POWER category.

For the RELAXED category, there will be a prize ceremony on November 29th with great rewards! 🎁

Plus, every participant has the chance to win awesome raffle prizes, including:

All boulders are numbered and available online from their respective week.
